Welcome to Tampa Bay Showcase . . .
Tampa Bay Showcase is the only user-friendly website of the area's high-profile
real estate market that features major realtors, leading builders, a broad selection of communities and upscale properties, and also offers direct links to important market-makers in this vibrant region.
Paul Payne and Eric Sidler formed a partnership to bring their combined business experience to The Greater Tampa Bay Real Estate Market for
Premier Properties. Having bought and sold close to thirty properties in the past
several decades, they understand the specific informational needs of buyers
while at the same time appreciate the marketing efforts of the respective sellers.
Paul Payne, a native New Englander and MIT engineer, has lived in the
Tampa Bay area for over 30 years. Since founding Aztec Systems in 1995,
he has become a recognized pioneer in
Internet techniques and is now a leading designer and publisher of
e-commerce sites in the Tampa Bay area.
Eric Sidler, a native Swiss, gained his business experience with the Wall Street Journal and in building his own consulting and marketing company with offices in Switzerland, Germany and France before coming to Florida to launch this new project in partnership with Paul Payne.
The commitment to editorial integrity of Tampa Bay Showcase and its comprehensive, user-tailored information-base reflect the
solid, and community-oriented approach of this venture.
Tampa Bay Showcase provides the ideal advertising platform to all sellers of premier properties focusing on the Greater Tampa Bay area and beyond, as well as companies offering
